It is a great feeling to drive up my driveway and see the excellent work you completed on our home. We
had worried for several years about the window replacement and the cost that we would incur with
doing the replacement. You not only gave us a great price for the windows, you did a great job with the
fitting them properly, painting the outside of our home, replacing facia boards, and replacing roof
shingles. You did expert work for a great price for which we are thankful.
You and your staff were always on time with appointments; you were professional; and you left our
home completely free of construction debris. It was as if a magic wand was waved and the whole house
took on a new look.

Richard and I did all last winter then we stopped wishing and did something about it. We called Legendary Renovations. Owner Phil VanFossen guided our ideas to form a budget and Jon LaMonte ran our project from demolition to last detail. Within a couple of weeks we had our 20 year old kitchen brought into the future. Our maple cabinets are now painted a modern gray-tone, factory finish lacquer that complements our granite counter tops, ceramic back splash and wide plank dark oak floors.
Even after all the punch list items and extra details, they came in under budget and best of all, we didn't have to pay anything up front. I have always wanted an outdoor room, so when I decided to explore the various options,
I knew I wanted you to do the job. You came to review the proposed project and because of your
honesty and professionalism you told me that I could not screen in my patio, because my stairs
would make the screened outdoor space against the current residential building code. I was
disappointed but I appreciated you risking the loss of a job because you would not do anything
unethical. We decided to do a deck undercover system, creating a backyard porch, which was a
great compromise.
We also had Legendary Renovations redo one master bedroom closet, add a linen cabinet
to the master bath, and redo the kitchen pantry. The professionalism, workmanship, and timely
completion made our experience with you and your crew stress-free. We are certainly enjoying
all of the improvements to our home, especially our outdoor room, with an outdoor sofa,

After 22 years in our house in Towne Lake, the time had come for professional upgrades! Phil was very patient with me and became accustomed to my "I want that!" to EVERYTHING. He listened and took notes as to my "likes" and decided, (with my insistence) to narrow my choices down to three. I could then choose a definite "don't like" and the selection process became FUN! New lanterns at the front door, removing iron railing that was in need of repair, cleaning/re-staining the hardwoods at the front door, pulling down the original layer of wall paper, pulling up 2 layers of laminate flooring in the kitchen (we'd forgotten that we had changed the original floor!) and replaced the laminate with beautiful tile! He painted the powder room, then upgraded the toilet. The renovation continued with repainting the den, kitchen (cabinets included!) and eating area. A new range top and over-range microwave was added to complete my NEW HOUSE ...LISTEN to Phil, I did, I now live in my dream house!
We worked with Phil on an estate house in Ellijay in need of updates, renovations, and some repair work. He was great to work with and after the project the property looks better than ever. New custom hardwood floors, a shiny new black galvanized steel roof, and many other enhancements made the house a home again.
